1 – The Definition of Personal Data

2 – Personal Data collected

2.1. The Personal Data of the users of the Website will be collected:

The Data collected are reserved for the exclusive use of the Law Firm and cannot be communicated to third parties, with the exception of the subcontractors of the Law Firm.

Personal Data will not be transferred outside the EEA [European Economic Area].

7 – Retention period of Personal Data

The Personal Data are kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes described in point 8.4, and for the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations of the Data Controller, without exceeding the maximum legal retention periods.
