APG is advising Paris City Hall in its litigation against Airbnb.

APG is taking part, alongside Paris City Hall, in the proceedings against Airbnb, in a preliminary ruling procedure before the European courts and, in France, before the Paris courts on the question of the compliance of several French laws with European law.
