Gilbert is a renowned expert in competition and distribution law, and in bank-insurance law. He is also the author of numerous books (Droit du marché, Droit européen des affaires [Market Law, European Business Law]) and articles on these subjects. He has participated in several proceedings before the Competition Authority, the European Commission, and the CJEU [Court of Justice of the European Union].
