Jean-Marie Gazagnes
Jean-Marie is primarily involved in product liability law, industrial risk, economic law, and corporate law.
For a long time, Jean-Marie has had the trust of large international groups in the industrial sectors (automotive, energy, industrial vehicles, agricultural and public works equipment), as well as the services sector (IT services, Temporary work placement and Finance). He works in these areas on complex and demanding cases.
He joined the Paris Bar in January 1996. He graduated from the Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Master’s degree in Business Law and Economic Law) and the Panthéon-Assas University (Certificate of Criminal Sciences). For several years he was also a lecturer at the University of Versailles and the University of Paris Descartes in insolvency proceedings law and special contract law.
