Stéphanie Marinetti
Stéphanie is mainly involved in individual and collective labor relations law and is involved in both advising and litigation matters.
She provides her clients with a global, practical, and strategic approach to labor disputes, and customized advice to companies on all their employment law issues.
Accustomed to complex litigation, Stéphanie defends her clients before all industrial tribunals, and in employment and correctional courts.
She regularly works in the retail, banking, and social housing sectors.
Stéphanie also provides training, particularly on an employer’s criminal risk, at institutions training future Managers and/or Directors of Human Resources.
She graduated from the University of Aix-Marseille and is the holder of an Master’s degree in “Corporate Engineering” Stéphanie was admitted to the Paris Bar in November 2009 and joined APG in 2012.
